house of blues

theys the blues, the bad time blues, the good time blues, the woman-done-left-you blues, the ain't-got-no-money-and-can't-buy-no-booze-blues. they's all kinds of blues. i just got the blues for a blue house, bright and airy, small and simple, lots of light, lots of white, and most importantly lots of "lagoon blue". *sigh* my dream house.
i spend too much time at http://www.apartmenttherapy.com drolling ever so conspiciously over the well designed living spaces therein. turning into lucretia the critic after viewing one too many house tours and wishing i had a favorite entry in the 3rd annual smallest, coolest apartment contest 2007 .
envy and lust are just two of the seven deadly sins, so i guess i'm safe?
