fueling liquids.

we all know that water is extremely good for us, right? well, it is. at least it would be if we'd consume more of the stuff. anyone else ever notice how it's very easy to drink a 32oz coke in 10 minutes but it takes nearly all friggin day to drink the same amount of water?

Actually, for me it's difficult to do either. Soda has too much carbonation and I just don't require that much liquid. But I agree that it's good for you!

Funny but true. Now if we can just get over the myth about 8 glasses a day, we'd all be better off. BTW - we typically only need 1-liter of water a day. Much easier a goal I think.

Isn't that true! I have to force myself to drink water...must be VERY COLD.

I'm a BIG Water drinker...I probablyt go through two of those BIG bottles of water, a day...1.5's..That's the one...sometimes more, depending on what's going on....I rarely drink any soda's...so my main liquid intake is water. LOVE IT!

I think that's one of life's great unanswered questions. It's up there with why I can eat a 1/4 pound hamburger and gain 5 lbs.

That is so true. Although, I'm a water lover... but I'd take sweet, fizzy caffeine over water any day!

My H2O comes in the form of an almost constant army of cups of tea, running over the dunes right at me hollering: Loo,loo,loo,loo,loo,loo,loo!
