if unicef (according to Lucy Lui on the Oprah show today) can give a kid a measles immunization for $1, why can't we find a way to lower health care costs for Americans?
speaking of Oprah, why did she limit her wonderful generosity to only New Orleans victims of Hurricane Katrina? is it because it's the chocolate city? when is she going to the redneck riviera to spread the love? or has she already?
